Drop down redirect to page

    Hi, pardon me since I am new here.
    I'd like to create just 1 drop down without submit button. When it's changed by user, the page will just automatically redirect according to selected value. Works like ajax.

    I've googled around and found this page

    But how to implement this step by step?

    Please advice.
