Duplicate form hiding HTML elements

  1. II’ve installed a form at http://slicedwebdesigns.com.au/quote-for-wordpress-theme-modifications/ which is working as it should be.
I have duplicated this form and only changed some of the wording the HTML blocks but this form is not behaving as it should.
It is keeping the HTML blocks hidden – display:none; - but I have not changed any of the settings from the form it was duplicated from.
The form that isn’t working is at http://slicedwebdesigns.com.au/quote

    Thanks

  2. Do the HTML blocks have conditional logic applied to them? Edit the HTML block and select the Advanced tab and see if conditional logic is configured.

Yes there is conditional logic applied to them.
The user is posed with three multiple choice questions (radio buttons) and depending on their answers to the questions, one of the HTML blocks will appear.
This was working perfectly on the first form, and then I duplicated the form and changed some of the text in the HTML blocks (I didn’t change the conditional logic) but this form doesn’t work as it should.

I’ve now gone back into the duplicated forms settings and if I play around with the HTML block conditional logic options, it appears to be making that particular HTML block now work as it should. I will go through and play around with the conditional logic options for all 12 of the HTML blocks and see if it works.

    Cheers
