    For those interested, I have made a Dutch translation for:
    - Gravity Forms 1.6
    - MailChimp Add-On 1.4
    - User Registration Add-On 1.2

    How do I apply this?

    There is no setting for language in the Gravity Forms configuration.

    The error messages are all english...

    @HelmaP, @jawes, @rickdronker you could also use the "Gravity Forms (nl)" plugin, available in the WordPress plugin repository:

    http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/gravityforms-nl/

    We keep this plugin up to date with the Dutch translations for Gravity Forms and it's Add-On's.
