I created a form that pulls three values from a page via URL dynamic population, Class ID, Class Name and Starting Time. The fields get populated without a problem, however, if I don't fill out other required fields and click submit the prepopulated fields become empty. Here is the page:

Click on Purchase Order Signups Click Here, you will be redirected to the form with three dynamically populated fields. However, click Preorder Now without filling in other fields. The form will refresh, tell you that you have errors and clear the dynamically populated fields.
Is there something I'm missing? Please, give detailed instructions if possible. Thank you! :)
