Dynamic Populate checkbox fields

    Helo,

    I have a form with check-box field with option1, option2, option3, option4, and option1 its default checked.
    I have 3 pages referring to option1, option2, option3, so i need when i'm on page referring the option 3, when i click the link to go to contact, pass a variable to dynamic select option 3 in the form.
