This is either blindingly obvious or somethinhg is up.
I have a simple contact form http://www.fluidounce.co.uk/contact-us/
And it says that I haven't added my contact email.
In the notification box I have added my email bur everytime a load the page I get "E-mail has not been setup properly. Please add your contact e-mail!"
Any ideas?

That's not a Gravity Form. I don't know what that is, but it isn't a Gravity Form. You may need to double check that page because that form is not being output by the Gravity Forms plugin.
Not that it matters much, but that error is hard coded. None of the javascript from the jquery, or .js output anything like the error you state.
Again, this is hard coded and has nothing to do with any script but good ol' html.
I checked all 5 scripts, plus your jquery ( hard work, too..took at least 5 minutes!)
Someone is messing with you, or you are messing with the people at GF.
If it was coded via PHP echo well..again, somethin wrong there...and DEFINATELY nothing related to Gravity Forms.
