E-mail notifications with attachements

Hi there-

We are using the form to do a resume submission and we are wondering if we could have the resumes e-mailed to the administrator e-mail address as an attachment. not sure how to pull the upload file URL from the form submission or if that is even possible. I'd like to keep the client out of the admin as much as possible in a prevention of human and keyboard error :)
