Edit entry deletes other entries

    I have a form with over 1000 entries so far. There are first name and last name fields.

    On the Entries page, there are several people with the same last name and when I click on "Edit" for one of the entries, it grabs the information from another entry with that same last name and not the entry that I chose to edit.

    Any ideas why this is happening?

    It's been installed for a few months but just noticed it recently. It is version 1.6.3.3.4.

    First thing to do is to update to the latest version via automatic update or the downloads page. Let me know once you've done that and if the issue still persists.
