Editing Form Entry Fields Not working?

    Good Day,

    I am unable to customise what entry fields display using the edit function, for my forms on the ENTRIES screen.

    Is this happening to anyone else? Is there a way to fix this. Thank you all.

    sorry to be a bit clearer... the submit and cancel buttons do not work.
