Email being sent to email address of Gravity forms account holder instead of adm

    On my website, when someone completes and sends the contact form it is being sent to the wrong email address. I think that it is being sent to the email address that I used to purchase gravity forms instead of the email that is listed in the "contact info" in the "profile section" of the backend of wordpress. The "Send to email" in the notification section of the site is {admin_email} and I would think that the email should be being sent to the email listed in the contact info in the backend of WP because this is the admin email but maybe I'm wrong. Please help. thanks.

    There is no connection between the email address you used to purchase Gravity Forms and your notifications. If the send to email is {admin_email} then that is being pulled from somewhere on your site, or something on the host which is changing this email address.

    Somewhere on your site or server the email address where the admin notification is being sent is present. It's not related to the address you used to purchase Gravity Forms.
