Emailing completed form

  1. Is there anyway to email the completed form. I've set up the Notifications part, but need the ability to email the form from within the Wordpress Dashboard to a different email address. There is an option to Print it, but not to Email it

    Cheers - Toby

  2. Do you mean you would like a way to resend the email notification from the admin?

  3. Yes that's right Chris. We currently have the notification sent to a general address - but want our sales staff to be able to log in to the Wordpress Backend and send themselves a copy of the completed form - depending on whos customer has filled in the form.

  4. We were planning on allowing users to resend notifications from the entry detail in v1.6. The functionality is already complete as far as development on v1.6 goes. But what you are requesting is different, you want to be able to set which email address the notification goes to... correct?

  6. Okay, we will have to look and see what we can do to accomodate this request. Our development on this was already completed for v1.6.

  7. We are adding this feature to Gravity Forms v1.6 You will have the ability to resend notifications using the existing notification settings, or can choose to say what email the notification should go to and that will override your notification settings and only send the selected notification to the email address you enter.
