Embed a form via ajax

  1. Hi,

I'm trying to embed a form via ajax. But when I do, the form is not displayed correctly. All the fields are disabled and I'm seeing informatie like the field ID's and admin edit buttons. The form is embedded via de do_shortcode function of wordpress. I also tried the gravity_form() function.

A live example you can find here (it's dutch, I'm sorry)
    http://www.uit-zeilen.nl/arrangementen/?l=zeilen-ijsselmeer&z=valk-zeilen&m=teambuilding-teamtraining

When you visit the page via de link above the form is displayed correctly, but when you alter the filters on the left side (just click one), you'll see that the form is'n working anymore.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Or why this problem is happening? I suspect something like adding more scripts?
