Embedding forms stopped working

    Today, the page at

    http://www.grandcentrix.net/gotoappstore-de/

    stopped showing the Gravity Form for no obvious reason. The form is embedded as follows:

    [gravityform id="2" name="Apple iTunes App Store Anforderungen" title="false" description="false" ajax="true"]

    Previewing the form from the WordPress dashboard still works like a charm. Can anybody help trying to identify why the from stopped working?

    Have you tested for theme/plugin conflicts already?

    They're still on the page, but I guess you're using conditional logic and they're just not getting displayed because of a Javascript error. Check out this thread:
