So you are receiving notification emails but you no entries are listed in the Entries area for that form? Please verify you are viewing the correct form when going to Entries, if you just go to Entries it defaults to the first form so make sure you are viewing the correct one. Notifications are generated from the Entry data itself, so they have to exist. Verify and get back with me and we can investigate.
I just updated Gravity forms and since then I have been trying to test a form, I am receiving notifications for the entries but the entries are not showing up under that form. I only have one form so it's not a mistake of looking at the wrong form.
Please help!

Do you have the Akismet plugin active? If so, do you see the missing entries in your Spam entries page?
Was this ever resolved? I'm experiencing the same problem. I've gone so far as to completely delete Akismet. To repeat... I submit a form and receive the email but my "entries" screen shows zero.
