Error after submitting PayPal Pro form...

    We're running a membership renewal campaign and I've received 5 emails from members this morning about an error they are seeing after they submit their membership form. Error below. Any ideas? :)

    "Warning: Header may not contain more than a single header, new line detected in /home/office/public_html/wp-content/plugins/gravityforms/form_display.php on line 91"

    Please provide a link to your form online. Also, please confirm the version of:

    WordPress
    Gravity Forms
    PayPal Add-on

    Thank you.

    Also, is everything working with the exception of a PHP warning being displayed?
