Error Displays after submission with attachment

    Our submission form on the careers page displays an error after successful submission of a from with an attachment. The following error displays at the top of the form:

    "There was a problem with your submission. Errors have been highlighted below."

    The area highlighted is the attachment box - its has a "choose file" button with "no file chosen" display (default state).

    Although this error is displayed the file is successfully transmitted in the email.

    Strangely, I just sent a test submission and received this error:
    Fatal error: Call to a member function pre_save() on a non-object in /home/ab27853/public_html/wp-content/plugins/custom-field-suite/core/classes/api.php on line 637

    hmm. Just checked again on chrome, FF and IE and all gave me the same error as I described.

    I do not receive a confirmation email either.. Did you?

    Any ideas where to go from here?

    I received the same error as David just now:

    The form submitted and the file upload was not required and not shown as a validation error when I failed to upload a file.
