    Hello. When I attempt to make an alteration to my form, I receive this message: "There was an error while saving your form, most likely caused by a plugin conflict. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you get this corrected."

    I am trying to remove the option TEST from the membership types.

    Although not a perfect solution, you could export the form as an XML file, remove the option manually, and then import the form again. Have you tried disabling a few plugins?
