Error when creting forms

When I create a Form I receive this error:

There was an error while saving your form, most likely caused by a plugin conflict. Please contact us and we will be happy to help you get this corrected.

  2. This is either going to be a plugin or theme conflict or a mod_security firewall issue on your web server.

The first thing we will do is test for a mod_security issue. Do this by following the steps below.

    - Select New Form
    - Add Single Text Input Field
    - Save Form

If the form doesn't save and you receive that error message then it is most likely a theme or plugin causing the issue. If the form DOES save then do the following:

    - Edit Forms
    - Select the form you just created with just the Single Text Input
    - Add a Checkbox Field
    - Save Form

If the form doesn't save then it's a mod_security issue. If it does save... then your other form is probably encountering a theme or plugin issue.

Do the above first, let me know how it goes, and we can go from there.

  4. So both of the above worked and saved properly? If so it's not a mod_security issue.

Are you still having an issue making changes and saving your other form or is it working properly?
