Export all fields

    Hi there I am trying to export all fields from a form I've created but the fields that are Yes or No when I try to export this the fields in excell appear only yes or no, without the title of the field, wich is a really bad thing. What Can I do??

    So at the top, where the other column headers are, it doesn't have one? Do your yes/no questions have labels?

    Yes they have labels, and it does not shows on my csv file when I try to export this files, and this is really important.

    I can give you admin access so you can test yourself the whole form. The form is the Following:
