Export Error

  1. I am getting an export error on my forms.

    I get this error:

    This webpage is not found
No webpage was found for the web address: http://insurancehero.ca/wp-admin/admin.php?page=gf_export
Error 6 (net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND): The file or directory could not be found.

    _____

I am trying to export four fields, from a one month timeframe.

    PHP Version 5.2.17
    MySQL Version 5.1.63
    WordPress Version 3.4
    Gravity Forms Version 1.6.4.5

I get the same error on any export.

All of the forms are on this site: http://www.insurancehero.ca

  2. How many records are you trying to export? It sounds like the server is running out of resources, probably RAM. Try reducing the date range to get fewer records returned. If the export works with fewer records, then you might need to increase the RAM on your server.

One explanation of how to do it:

  3. Thanks Chris - but I was trying to export 4 fields and put in a date range of a month and it crashed.

  4. Have you tried just one day, a few records, to see if something is broken with the export function, or if it is a resource problem?
