Export will not work

I get this error when I try and export any of my forms data:

    File not found

Firefox can't find the file at http://pixi......

I can sometimes get an export to work if I export just one days of data, but I would really like to be able to pick no date range or at least 1 month at a time.
If this is an ISP issue and not a Gravity forms issue please let me know what the IS should chance to fix this.

    Thanks

    Any ideas?

Also sometimes I can get an export to work but no data appears in the Excel file and I know there are about 600 entries that should be there.

  3. Try reducing the amount of data to be exported by limiting the date range or the number of fields. This is likely a resource issue on the host, either PHP RAM or an execution time out or something like that. Please make sure export works by selecting a smaller date range, or a form with fewer entries, to ensure the functionality is OK in your installation.

If that works, then you need to figure out what resource your host needs to increase. There might be errors logged by PHP which will help pinpoint this, but if not, if you can find out what the phpinfo() is for your host, we might be able to point you in the right direction.

    Hey Chris,

I can get Gravity Forms to export if I really limit the fields and dates.
So it does work if I pick just one day of data.

I spoke with my ISP and this is the error they found:

At this time the only error I could find was the following for your account.

[Sat Jan 21 05:34:59 2012] [error] [client 98.18.27.88] ModSecurity: Output filter: Response body too large (over limit of 1024288, total not specified).

This error is due to a ModSecurity setting. I went ahead and added an exception to eliminate this as a potential cause for your issue. They also set-up a phpinfo page.
Send me your contact details and I can send you a link to access that page.
