field labels disappear when enter info

    Hi - I do not want the labels to disappear as soon as you enter info. Where can I change that?

    Stacey, do you have a link to your form? It sounds like a JS file or function from something else might be causing this behavior?

    Try following the instructions here to check for a theme/plugin conflict:
