I've setup a new form to tie into my Campaign Monitor list. All is connecting fine, but I would like to be able to get the First Name and Last Name fields that I created in the Gravity Form to map to the Full Name field in Campaign monitor. Is that possible? For the interim, I've created 2 custom fields within Campaign Monitor for First Name and Last Name, but that's not ideal for me.

When using the Name Field there is an option when mapping the Full Name field in Campaign Monitor to use both the First and Last Name values. See this screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/Ecpo4.png
You can only map the Full Name field to a Name Field in Gravity Forms. You can't map it to 2 individual Single Input Fields you've configured to use as name fields. You have to use the Name Field.
