Hi, I just purchased this and it's not letting me rename my fields from "Untitled". I'm clicking on the "Edit" button incessantly and it's not doing anything. Please help!

  2. It's possible that you have a theme or plugin conflict with the javascript. Either that or your install didn't go properly.

You can try testing for a theme/plugin conflict following the instructions given here.
    http://rkt.gs/testing

If you can't find anything that way, then let us know and we can work on it with you from there.

I've tried that and I've also tested to see if it's conflicting with another plugin. Neither resolved the issue.

I just bought this plugin and can't rename a field or use any of the edit capabilities out of the box! What's up with that?? Are there refunds for this?

    *BUMP*

To be absolutely sure it there aren't any conflicts I just installed a new clean unedited version of Wordpress and I still can't edit the fields.

    PHP Version 5.3.5
    MySQL Version 5.1.54
    WordPress Version 3.4.2
    Gravity Forms Version 1.6.8.1

I'm at a loss here. Please please help or I declare this a complete waste of money.

turns out the plugin folder had been renamed. make sure if you upload the plugin via ftp that it's the original folder name.
