Fields are changing each other!

    I've created a survey type form. In the first multiple choice field I'm asking this question. "Have you been experiencing any challenges in artist development" In a second multiple choice field I'm asking this question. "Are you currently facing a small or large challenge in entrepreneurship you have not resolved?" However, when I preview this one or read it in the field label entry, it's asking the first question. That being, "Have you been experiencing any challenges in artist development"

    Has anyone else experienced this issue?

    I'm not 100% clear on what you are describing as far as "when I preview this one or read it in the field label entry".

    Either way we would have to see what you are talking about, either screenshots or preferably the actual form on a page. If you are having a problem with something in the admin such as the entry detail we would need access to the admin to look at it as this isn't an issue that we have encountered before.

    Can you send us a WordPress admin login for the site via our Contact Us form, reference this post, and provide us with details on how to recreate the issue so we can see what is going on? That will help us determine the issue much quicker.
