You will see the form on the right for newsletter is populated. All fine and dandy.
I created another form for the contact us page (see the test contact page http://p7dev.com/catalytic/?page_id=112 ) and when I finished the form it gave me a error. I was still able to save the form but I don't recall what it said.
I tried putting the form on the contact page http://p7dev.com/catalytic/?page_id=112 and it did not show any of my auto populated fields. I deleted the form and created it with just a simple name field with "Name" as the dynamic auto pop. It does not show Name in the field.
I put the same Newsletter form that is on the homepage below the Contact form and it is working fine on this page as well.
I tried changing themes but still no luck.
I then duplicated the Newsletter form and named the new one to Contact. I added that below the Newsletter form on the Contact page. You will see only the same two fields from the Newsletter form are populated on the new Contact form. The other fields I created will not auto populate :(
Any thoughts?
