First time user - cannot edit text field

I'm using Gravity Forms for the first time. I'm on a local (MAMP) installation and running the latest version of WP (3.3). I started to create my first form and the first field I placed is a single line text field.

If I hover over the field (to edit), nothing happens. If I add another untitled text field, then I can edit the first field, but not the second field. If I click the delete for the 2nd field, both fields are highlighted in red.

Any ideas why this is happening and how I can get this working correctly?

    Thank you,
    Ron

  2. Have you tried completely removing and reinstalling the plugin and/or testing for conflicts with your theme or other plugins?

    No. I haven't. But I will.

    Thank you.

  4. Sure, give that a shot and see if you can narrow it down. Sometimes themes and other plugins incorrectly enqueue their scripts on Gravity Forms admin pages and cause script conflicts and all sorts of weirdness. This sounds a lot like one of those scenarios.
