    I've set up a subscribe by E-Mail form as a popup window (lightbox) for my site pentadoc-knowhouse.com. But I want to offer "follow us on social media" Buttons in the same dialog so visitors can choose wether to follow by e-mail or Facebook e.g. So how can I set up these social media buttons and links in a form?
