  1. For some reason my forms Advanced and Confirmation display settings are blank:

Gravity forms up to date: Im on a server and brazil and have been having lots of file persmission issues with the less than modern hosting company my client is using. Also have been translating - but have gotten rid of the language files for GF and that has not changed anything.

    Any ideas?

  2. It's possible you have a plugin or theme conflict going on. The look of the tabs in that display isn't what Gravity Forms is supposed to look like.

I would suggest deactivating ALL other plugins and activating the default Twenty Ten theme and then seeing if it works properly.

If it does, then activate your theme and see if it still works properly.

If it does, then activate each plugin one by one and test Gravity Forms after each one to see if it still works properly.

If you hit a plugin that is causing the issue to occur then that plugin is probably outputting code where it should not be doing so.

If you continue having a problem after doing the above if you send us a WordPress admin login via our Contact Us form and reference this post we can take a look. Our lead developer and partner is Brazilian so the site language settings is no problem as far as debugging goes.
