Form as a separate page, like preview mode

  1. Can forms be displayed as preview, but without 'Form Preview' text and better permalinks. In other words, I should be able to display forms without embedding the shortcode into page/post content.

No, Gravity Forms does not have this option available for front end users. It must be embedded in a page or post.

  3. Lame, not sure why you wouldn't develop such a feature as this would add a lot of value to your product.

No one else has ever asked for this feature before, but I can move this thread to feature requests if you'd like. Can you please also give more information on why you would need it?

Related question: Is there a way to take a form created on Wordpress (like this one: http://opt4cards.com/get-started-2/) and embed the form on another site (like using YOUTUBE embed code snippet) - the reason being is we are tyring to find a way to let other publishers sell http://www.opt4cards.com packages, but somehow need to track click through's from their URL - kind of like a hidden field that would auto-populate the form. So say we had http://www.sitesample.com/php?=ID565 run a banner ad or article post with this link - we'd want the Gravity form to capture "565" from a cookie or ??? if the user looked around our site, then ended up filling out the form. Does that make since?

If you create a really basic template that works with Gravity Forms, you can include it on other sites/pages using iframes. But there is no Youtube style embed code that can be used. All my best!
