Form dissapear from the backoffice

    The form are listed, but when I go in the forms the fields do not appear on screen.
    I can send screenshot if needed

  2. Did you move your site to a new server or domain, or change the location of the installation? Did you make any other changes to your site recently, with upgrades to anything?

    Do the forms still work on the front end of the site? Are your entries still there?

    I did change the url in the db and yes the entries are still there
    What should I do?

  4. Try the meta recovery tool: http://www.gravityhelp.com/downloads/#Gravity_Forms_Meta_Recovery_Tool

    What happens when you change the URL is that the length of the string changes, and that corrupts the serialized values. That is why the forms no longer appear.

    You can also try using this tool to do a find and replace on the database, but before you do, be sure to back up the database. This tool can do damage if incorrectly used. http://interconnectit.com/products/search-and-replace-for-wordpress-databases/
