Form does not appear

  1. Hello, I just purchased Gravity Forms, have completed a simple form and have inserted into a page ( code shows [gravityform id=1 title=false description=false]) but I just get this message: Sorry. This form is no longer accepting new submissions. Any help as form #2 will be a bear!

  2. Sounds like you used the "schedule form" functionality and put in a date that is past. Near the title when you are editing the form, click the "edit" then go to the Advanced tab and see if "Schedule form" is checked. When that's checked, and you enter an end date that has already passed, you will get that message. I suppose it's possible the date somewhere is incorrect as well, and Gravity Forms just THINKS the date is past and should not accept new submissions.

Maybe you used 2010 instead of 2011 for the year?

  3. Hey thanks for the idea! I don't have the schedule form checked though so still looking for an answer. Thanks.

  4. I think it can also happen if you have checked "Limit number of entries" in the same area, the advanced tab. That would be used to allow 10 entries to a form, for example, then no more submissions would be allowed, if you set the limit to 10. Is that box checked?

If not, what version of Gravity Forms are you using, and can you post a link to the page where the form is located? I'm sure someone will be able to help you with that information.

  5. Hmmm. I'm not seeing the limit number of entries in the Advanced tab for any of the fields. Is this somewhere else?

    Thanks!

  7. The limit entries settings are in the main form settings, not per field.

Also, we can't see your preview link because that's in your admin area and password protected.

  8. You were right - it was the limits and I finally found it. Works now. Thanks so much!
