Form does not submit

    I have a form that works correctly. I then duplicated the form and removed some fields. The new form will not submit. It goes to http://www.mydomain.com/:/#gf_11

    How can I troubleshoot what the problem is? I went through all fields and they do not rely on a deleted field.

    This is working now, with no changes to the form. I think it was due to a bad version of theme_my_login that has been repaired.
