Form Doesn't Submit

    I setup a form on our new site (www.tomdwyerphoto.com/newsite/) and everything worked fine. Moved the new site to the root and now the form does not submit or generate any errors just refreshes the page.

    Any ideas?

    Realized that I didn't put the URL of the form http://www.tomdwyerphoto.com/workshops/workshop-registration

    Alright I have determined it is due to the permalinks and using "URL Mod-Rewrite Workaround for IIS" shown here: http://ikailo.com/94/url-modrewrite-workaround-iis-60/

    Is there a known fix for this in Gravity form?
