Form Editor display is all mess up

    I just purchase your Gravity Forms plugin, install it properly and go to the Form Editor... All is mess up, controls are all around not displaying properly. Need urgent help!

    This is normally due to a theme or plugin conflict. Please check for those by following these troubleshooting instructions http://rkt.gs/testing
