Where in the css can I edit to make the product names extend to the right? Increase the width percentage? For example I'd like Anna Maria Tempranillo 2006 to be on one line if possible.

I would suggest simply using the "top label" option in the form settings since you've got lengthy labels. That way you won't have to do a bunch of CSS work to override the defaults.
Okay, I noticed that you're using a WOO theme and do have the top label option on. The thing is that WOO theme's built in styles override the default Gravity Forms styles.
You'll want to talk to their support on how to get the top labels working correctly in their theme.
