Form for Ad Campaign

    Hello,

    We would like to use a form for an ad campaign. we have a client that wants to place an ad our site offering a free gift certificate for a fast food meal. as it stands the company will provide the banner, and the link, but we want to capture the email addresses of them that wish to take advantage of the offer before they click through and are gone.

    we would like user to register for the gift certificate and then on to the fast food companys website.

    can you recommend a form within the gravityforms platform and how to implement it?

    I'm not sure what you mean by recommend a form within Gravity Forms. Forms aren't predefined, they are whatever you want them to be. You create a new form, add the fields you want to the form, and then embed the form on a page or post. You would add the fields you want the user to fill out to your form and then embed the form on the page the user is going to be directed to.
