FORM GONE AFTER UPDATING FORM. PLEASE HELP URGENT

    I updated my form, then evErything is lost, all the fields are gone !!!

    Deinstalled the plugin, installed the latest version again. Activated tHE plugiN, inported backup file. Form is back, changed something, clicked update, FORM IS EMPTY..
    PLEASE HELP, I AM JUST BEFORE A DEADLINE OF A NEW WEBSITE FOR A CLIENT!!
