form info is not showing up correctly on post

  1. Being new to this, I wanted to explain what I did and see if someone could tell me where I went wrong.
    I created a 6 page questionaire
I added Post Title at the Top to create Post
I added Post Body just under the Title and checked Create Content Template
I used the dropdown menu and clicked on every one of the fields because I wanted them all to show on the post.
I added Post Image just under the Post Body.
Now, when I do test runs, the email is sent perfectly, the title and image on the post is fine, but all the answers from the questionaire are not displaying like the email I get. Is it supposed to look like the email that is sent? with the question and answer displayed for each field?
I am using Elegant themes, so I switched over to twenty-ten to make sure that wasn't the problem, and it was the same in that theme. I deactivated plugins and reactivated one by one, and that wasn't it either.
If anyone has any suggestions, or can tell me what I am doing wrong, I would greatly appreciate it.
    Thanks so much.
    Tami

  2. Sounds like you are capturing the data but you have not created a content template to actually display that data. Did you create a content template for the post body field, and insert all the merge tags in there for the captured data you want to display? Or did you just click the check box and then leave the template textarea empty? You will need to select the fields you want to use in the template, from the drop down.
