Form is not showing up after conditional logic

  1. Hi I need help with the conditional logic, as soon as I activate it the form disappears.

  2. You most likely have a JavaScript error of some kind. You'll want to check for a theme/plugin conflict:

I'm having the same issue. Fresh install of everything. No plugins running except GravityForms! Using theme Twenty Twelve with no changes. My multi-page form completely disappears as soon as I put a simple conditional logic on any form on any page. Tried No-Conflict Mode and still nothing! Have you been able to resolve this issue?

    GravityForms: 1.7.2
    Wordpress: 3.5.1

bbarker, can you link to your form please? What kind of conditional logic are you using (what are you attempting) as wrong conditional logic can cause issues.

Just realized you already have a thread open. Please don't spam the forums.

I think requesting I not "Spam" the forums is a little harsh, as my question was geared towards a member that might have resolved his issue, which is similar to mine. Is this supposed to be a forum for only administrators to communicate with the client? My understanding of a forum is for us members to also help each other. Please explain what I, as a paying customer, have done wrong? I have not SPAMMED your forum!

    My demo is here: http://purecolordesigns.com/sample-page/
Page 3 of my multie-page form I have tried to make a conditional statement that says:
Show this field if all of the following match: "Choose one of the following Bombshell Fitness Programs!*" is "Competitive Fitness PRO". As I have mentioned before no matter what conditional statement I try on any fields the whole multi-page form disappears.

Should I email credentials to my set-up? I don't know if I should Enable Conditional Logic before you view the page as there would be nothing to see.

The issue is that it makes it difficult to provide you support if I ask you the same question in two places and you respond in one and not the other as you have here, thus killing the momentum we had in working together in the other thread.

Having the problem currently happening when I look at the form is better for me so please do so. Also, can you create a quick test form, one page, with conditional logic and embed that into a page so I can look without having to go through three pages. Also, it would be nice to know if it is the combination of pages and conditional logic.

Agreed! It does kill momentum! My bad!

Now it works on this test page you just had me create! I even added in the multi-page feature to see if it would break and it doesn't. I feel my original forms conditional logic was correctly set-up. I don't see what I did wrong?

Is my only solution to recreate that whole form again and just cross my fingers that conditional logic will start working?

I have resolved the issue! An improper character in any fields "Input Mask" area was causing my issue.

  11. I've run into this problem too. I don't seem to be using input masks anywhere and there are absolutely no JS errors in the error log. I have just upgraded to the latest version. As soon as I enable conditional logic on a field, the whole form disappears. When I switch it off, it displays again. Any advice?

  13. It was a theme conflict using a theme I had created based on Zurb foundation. Just had to move the js scripts to the header to fix.

    Thanks for the help.
