Form Letter Prepopulated

    Hi everyone,

    This may be answered elsewhere, but a quick search didn't locate it.

    Here is what I would like to do:

    (1) Person fills out standard name, address, email labels.
    (2) Email is sent with pre-populated text in the body with the persons name, address, email.

    This would be like a form letter in Word or something. Is this possible? If so, can you point me in the right direction?

    I'm not sure what your question is.

    1) Create a form and add the fields you want to the form

    2) Edit the Notifications for that form and configure the email notification message to whatever you want, using the Insert Form Field merge codes in your email body to output form field values.
