Form Not DIsplaying // Form Builder Broken

  1. I'm also having a Gravity Forms meltdown.

My conditional logic form is not displaying similar to others. I do not see any older versions of JS running (maybe I'm missing it?) on my site that would cause a conflict.

Additionally, I'm having issues in the form builder. For example, a new dropdown added to the form does not allow editing (does not respond to mouse click, etc.).

I just downgraded to 1.6.3.1.1 (the version I purchased originally) and it all works again.

Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated!

  2. Did you try using v1.6.4.1.1 from the downloads page?

Please update to that - as it's the only way we will be able to pinpoint what is going on for you so you can continue to move ahead with our product as we update it. There were massive changes related to script handling in Gravity Forms v1.6.4, and although we have had to work out some of the kinks we didn't find during beta testing, ultimately these changes are going to be a good thing both going forward and for allowing us to refine and improve things going forward.

  3. Sorry - should have been more clear. I installed 1.6.4.1.1 and my (conditional logic based) form completely disappeared. I tested a form that does not use conditional logic and it does show up.

I can't have this form down for too long as it's a payment portal for one of my clients.

I've updated to 1.6.4.1.1 again, but will be downgrading again in several hours if I can't get it sorted.

You are running JQuery version 1.6.2 currently which could lead to some issues like you are describing.

You have: http://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/jquery/1.6.2/jquery.min.js?ver=3.3.2 which is a minified version of 1.6.2. WordPress by default comes with version 1.7.1 and as such, that's what Gravity Forms expects.

  5. Now running 1.7.2.

Cleared cache. Restarted browser. Tested on Safari, Chrome, Firefox. Same problems.

Noah was able to fix one of the issues he is having relating to editing drop downs by following the instructions here:
