    my form http://symbiota(dot)com/services/forms/

I added a login for the "logo" part. It is not doing anything. I setup a few of these without problems before...

Seems to be some weird bug...

  3. What do you mean added a login for the logo part? I'm not familiar with a "login" like that.

I did not see any logic applied to your next button as well, but the video moved fairly quickly and I may have missed it.

Also, why does the word "Logo" appear twice in the drop down?

Did you edit the form at all after creating your conditional logic rules? Whenever conditional logic goes haywire and does not work as expected, I like to check and make sure all the conditional logic rules are still accurate.

  9. @infotechd, I still don't understand what issues you are having. Can you ask one question here and we will focus on that one issue first? We would like to help you but we don't yet understand what the issues are.

    Ok.

    Go here: http://symbiota(DOT)com/services/forms/

click on "logo" then try to proceed.

Look at the top, u will see page 8 of 9, which means it missed the next page it should go too... several pages.

I can not find the issue

  11. Sounds like something is misconfigured with your conditional logic. I clicked on "logo", then the "next" button, and I was put on a page with step 7 of 8. But I am unclear of what was supposed to happen.

If you edited the form after creating your conditional logic rules, it's likely that the rules are no longer valid and will not work as expected. You can try exporting the form, then reimporting it, and see if the rules work as expected at that point. If that does not work, you will either need to go back and check each one of your rules, or create a new form. Just be aware that when you make an edit to the form after creating your conditional logic rules, those rules sometimes become invalid.

This is disappointing.. did all that.. been about 2 weeks. how can i escalate? This plugin is $99 per year. I paid a premium plugin for premium support.

Did all those monkey tricks... nothing is working

  13. This issue is being caused by how you configured the conditional logic. The conditional logic you apply to fields and page breaks is going to execute the way you have configured it. So you need to check all of the conditional logic settings you have applied and make sure everything is applied correctly.

Also be sure to try and provide a more detailed explanation of the issue. It was very difficult from your first few posts in this thread to try and determine what the problem is, which makes it that much more difficult to provide any kind of support for the issue.

I'm closing this forum thread due to the age. If you are still having an issue with conditional logic, do what I recommended above and if still having an issue post a new support request for the issue and provide as much detail as possible.
