Form Not Sending data just an email address

    Hi, We have a time issue. I posted this problem a week ago and never received a response. If I did, can you look up and email me at shelby@crafttechsolutions.com

    Problem: http://www.crafttechsolutions.net/NCE2/rental-form
    Issue: For send email with no content from form. The only thing it sends is the message set up in the back end of Gravity forms. It sends no content from form fields.

    We are overdue on deadline and really need a fix. Thanks. Please email me as I may not be getting reply's here somehow. - Thanks - The CTS Team.
