Form not shown with conditional logic within WP theme but in preview

    Hello,

I have WPML, Gravity Forms updated, etc. and the Nocturnal WP theme from ThemeForest.

The form with conditional logic is working on the preview, but it is not shown within the theme. Here is the link: http://bit.ly/J6XTTq

If the form has deactivated conditional logic, it is displayed already.

Do you know a solution for this issue?

    TIA

  2. TIA - your theme is running a super-old version of jQuery as seen in this Screenshot. The latest version of GF requires the most recent release of jQuery to function, especially with conditional logic enabled. You will need to make sure your theme is loading the most recent version of jQuery.

The theme uses JQuery 1.5.1 and WordPress comes with JQuery version 1.7.1 and that's what Gravity Forms expects to see. you'll either need to update your theme to pull the right version of JQuery or contact the theme author about updating their theme.

    Thank you!

I have already contacted the author. I hope he tells me how to upgrade jQuery inside the theme. I am searching inside it and I haven“t found the jQuery.min.js file within /mytheme/scripts, just these:

    audio.js
    backstretch.js
    custom.js
    prettyphoto.js
    slides.js

What do you think is supposed to be updated here?

  5. If you look at my screenshot above, you'll notice that it's pulling from google libraries, so it's not going to be a JS file that resides in your theme. If you want, send me a WP Admin login to rob@rocketgenius.com and I'll see if I can find where or how that's getting placed. Please reference this post in your email.

Hi, the theme author have sent me the solution. It was so easy, just changing a line of code with the jQuery version.

Anyway, thank you so much for your help!
