form not submitting with custom permalinks

  1. Hello, my form is not submitted if I have custom permalinks enabled, however it submit if I choose the predefined permalinks structure.
    Could you please help me to solve the problem? this is my form:

  2. Try turning off AJAX on that form (you have the optional AJAX option turned on which is unnecessary for this form) and then test and see if the form submits properly. If not, it looks like a web server url rewriting issue.

    I have disabled ajax in the form, but the problem is still there. What do you mean for server url rewriting problem? An what I have to do to discover and solve the problem?

    The issue is specific to your web server. It's not a Gravity Forms plugin issue, so we are going to try and determine what the issue is if we can. Otherwise we'll give you a refund.

    I have solved the problem, adding these lines to my httpd.conf

    <Directory /var/www/wordpress>
    Options Indexes FollowSymLinks MultiViews
    AllowOverride all
    Order allow,deny
    allow from all
    </Directory>
