Form not updating error

  1. I am getting the following error when trying to update a form with a new question.:

    Request-URI Too Large
The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.
Apache Server at localhost Port 80

It seems to happen 2 out of 3 times...but for some reason, not every time. Loving this plugin...but this makes it unusable.

    Any thoughts?

  6. I installed this form on my server and did not have a problem duplicating fields, changing the labels, saving, editing again, etc. This is likely something with your host configuration. Can you talk to your host about the error and see if they have error logs which might help, or if they have a solution to the problem.

There was nothing exceptional about the form that would normally cause this. The POST was 39317 bytes in my initial test and went up from there as I duplicated fields and resaved the form (I think the last POST was 75730 bytes). I have 30 fields in the form now.

You can also test for theme and plugin conflicts as the URL may getting rewritten multiple times, making the request too large eventually. http://rkt.gs/testing

    Thank you
