"Form" sidebar on WP back-end is missing

  1. I have successfully installed Gravity Forms, have the latest version of WP, and have created at least 2 to 3 gravity forms already.

The last time I logged in, there was no "Forms" button on the left sidebar of WordPress to click on in order to edit previous forms or even create new forms. I'm at a complete loss. Please help!

    Thanks!

  2. PS - Here is an example of a previous form I created. It looks like it's running fine on the front-end, but as mentioned above, there is no way to access the Gravity Forms on the back-end:

  3. Sounds like you may have installed the Members plugin or some other role management plugin that is hiding the Forms navigation menu. If you have installed the Members plugin you need to edit the Admin role and make sure it has all of the Gravity Forms related capabilities to it. If you haven't, then you installed something that changes the WordPress role management that is most likely causing the issue.

  4. That's exactly it! Thank you so much for your quick reply. It's all fixed now.
