Form Stopped working

    Two forms out of 9 have just stopped working I cant edit the fields and can not view entries not sure why... nothing has changed ? Any suggestions

    The rows i can see are there for entries but they are blank but they are there.

    Hi Sir,

    We have created some forms on our site. All forms are working previously. But due to some reasons, we have restored the old backup. And now some of the forum are not loading at all. Neither on the admin side nor on the front end. On the forms listing page those corrupt forms are showing the entries counts but when we go on entry listing page, all the text columns are showing blank values. We need some guidelines to resolve this issue.
