Form Title Error: empty string on edit

    Hi there,

    Every time I open a Saved Gravity Form and attempt to edit it, I get an error saying that there is no title... so I have to re-type the Title and description because they are empty.

    Any ideas?

    EDIT.
    Looks like it was a plugin conflict with the plugin [Admin Menu Tree Page View]
